Although there are numerous titles, in the 'Deverry' books, and the use of a twisted timeline - jumping from the present to the past, not to mention the stable of fantasy novels - MAGIC, I still think that this is one of the better epic fantasy sagas to be read. In order the books are:
Daggerspell, Darkspell, Dawnspell, Dragonspell, A Time of Exile, A Time of Omens, A Time of War, A Time of Justice, the Red Wyvern, The Black Raven, Fire Dragon, Gold Falcon.

Kerr has also written a number of sci-fi novels too.
