Erin Hunter is a pseudonym used by the authors Kate Cary, Cherith Baldry and Tui Sutherland, along with editor Victoria Holmes.[1] Under this pseudonym, they have written several series of books. They are best known for the Warriors series; recently, the authors have also created a new series called Seekers. The pseudonym was created because using various names on the books would mean that the books would be shelved in different places at libraries, making them harder to find. The name Hunter was chosen as it fit the theme of feral cats in Warriors; also, it would be shelved close to books by Brian Jacques, an author the writers liked. [2]
